“Our family was chosen as the lucky recipients of a room transformation for “Room to be Different.” We had been wanting to do something appropriate for our daughter’s room that was aga appropriate, (she’s 9) and is autistic and has about 20 hrs a week of home therapies. Our hope was that the changes would not be so overwhelming to her and would help her regulate when she has meltdowns. We were blown away with the transformation of the den to a real FAMILY room which has brought us closer, and helped Megan connect to us.
