Tap into our expertise on the impact of all aspects of sensory elements within your space.  We’ll help you make the optimal color, lighting, furnishing and fixture selections that will ultimately support not only your individual needs but reflect your design aesthetic as well. Complete Sensory Design

Everyone is unique, and every project is different. However, we can provide a budgetary guideline based on past experience. Our typical full-service design includes the following, though this may vary based on the needs of the client:

• Deep dive into client’s personal goals, sensitivities, lifestyle and preferences.
• Color selection
• Lighting selection
• Furniture / floorplan selection
• Auditory design elements
• Tactile design elements
• Utilization of scent (optional)
• Physical health considerations

Full implementation services are available upon completion of the design!

Our Process

We start with a complimentary discovery call to understand your needs, goals, and project scope. Design is a collaborative process, so clear communication is key from the start. If we move forward together, we’ll start with a “deep dive” into your individual and unique needs. This includes extensive questionnaires, interviews, and other methods of exploration to determine how sensory factors affect you and how to best address your needs. Once we have a clear picture of your requirements, timeline, and budget, we’ll provide a tailored quotation for our sensory design services.

Should you choose to proceed with the project, we require a 50% deposit to begin the work. It starts with a site visit, where we’ll take measurements and photos of the space(es) in question. Not a South Florida local? We can do the walkthrough remotely via video, but we’ll rely on you to provide accurate measurements. We’ll sit down and discuss ideas, aesthetics, personal preferences, and anything that could contribute to creating the optimal design.

Now the real work begins! We’ll assemble all the options we recommend for the various design elements into a concise package and present our initial concept. This is the most interactive part of the process, where you have the opportunity to provide your feedback. We make revisions as needed to maintain the integrity of the sensory design while taking into account your personal preferences, and present a final design package. In addition, we’ll provide a proposal for project management and implementation of the design, or if you prefer, you can do it yourself!

Pricing

Fees vary depending on the nature and scope of the project. In order to determine a fixed fee we must first evaluate the size and complexity of the space involved and the individual needs of the client. Please contact us for more information.
